Mr. Whitehead's Cider and Juice
Mr. Whitehead is another LEADER success.
Angus Whitehead, based near Alton, received just under £42,000 of LEADER funding from the Fieldfare Local Action Group. This was spent on a bottling machine (which can be seen in action in the video download on the right) and a small fruit press.

Part of Hampshire Fare, Mr. Whitehead's success has been celebrated by the group: click here to view their recent press release on his deal to supply schools with apple juice across the region.
The Daily Echo also reported on the 'keep-it-local' initiative that has led to the school juice contract.
His Newton's Discovery cider has been recommended by the Observer Food Monthly online as the perfect drink for a fishy dinner.
