Sparsholt College Game Unit - added value

Audit visit David Webb (LAG Chair) & Cllr Evans (Winchester City Council)The College received a small grant to enable them to purchase meat processing and hygiene equipment to demonstrate how to add value to game product.

The equipment allows local game industry trades to learn new skills in butchery, processing and adding value to meat that they produce.
