support meetings
We are always happy to help where we can.
Our consultation meetings are time limited and we can normally only offer each project one opportunity to meet up.
To make best use of time, you must attend all of the workshops that the LAG provides before asking for a consultation session.
We also recommend that you consider the following:
- Can you explain in 50 words what are you trying to achieve?
- Do you have permission to do your project?
- Does your project have a clear beginning and end?
- What resources do you need? Are they readily available?
- Do you know exactly how much it will cost and have you obtained three quotation's for each item of expenditure?
- How will you bank roll (pay for) your project?
- Who else have or are you going to ask to help fund your project?
- How will you measure success?
- What difference will your project make to the local rural economy, local rural life or your local community?
- What evidence do you have to support that there is a need and demand for your project?
